From the initial questionnaire and consultation I can help to identify the right foods for you and guide you to making the changes needed to achieve your goals, whether it be weight loss to feeling more energised.  From our initial discussion I will be keeping in regular contact as it is very important to find out how you are reacting to the food changes. By keeping a food diary we will be able to monitor your progress and see the changes as they unfold for the better. This can be a truly life changing experience, with your hard work and my knowledge you will be able to find the new you.

Nowadays the modern western diet is about the ‘quick fix’. This can make us feel bloated and lethargic, resulting in weight gain and in particular body fat. Unfortunately there is no such thing as ‘the one diet fits all’.  Everyone is unique and therefore reacts differently to certain food groups, so following a generalised eating plan will not help. I will be finding out more about you and your needs so I can design a food plan to help you feel better about yourself. Many food intolerances go unnoticed and are often mistaken for illnesses which lead to all sorts of problems for example IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), Chrons disease, Asthma, and Hayfever to name a few.
