Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Having competed at a good level in many sports from a young age I’ve always had a good understanding of how to keep my body healthy. However after an emotional few years exercise came to a complete stop. looking after myself became much harder and I ended up putting on just under five stone in weight. I’m very proud to say that after three years something clicked and I decided to get myself back on track and have never looked back. I lost all the weight I had gained and have remained very consistent for over ten years and have now become as passionate if not more than before.

I have since gone on to compete in triathlons of all distances up to ironman, and represented great britain at the triathlon world championships in new zealand in 2012. after working as an estate agency for many years, I realised there was something missing in my life and decided to change my career. In 2007 I decided to become a personal trainer and it keeps me motivated every day. I’ve been lucky enough to have worked with all kinds of people working with different goals in mind, for example weight loss, increasing muscle mass, training for events and also injury rehab and prevention.

By helping you structure and plan your exercise habits I can help you achieve your goal weight, regaining your energy which in turn will help you regain your confidence in yourself and lead to a healthier lifestyle for you to be proud of.
