Hi I’m Natalie!
From an early age I have always been into competitive sport and with a family of naturopaths and health and beauty enthusiasts, I have always been health conscious. With a huge passion for sport and exercise, I decided to make it my career, so in 2008 after my degree I completed a personal training course and a naturopathic nutritionist course to complement. A few years later I completed a Masters degree in sport and exercise physiology from which I now lecture at university and have had some great opportunities working with the British Sailing team and GB triathletes.
I have a huge passion for triathlons and dressage, competing at a high standard for both. For triathlons, I completed an Ironman in 2012 and currently training for my next event in 2014. I have also have qualified to represent Great Britain for my age group in the European triathlon championships 2014. In the world of dressage, I trained to Prix St. George level and was part of the British Young Riders Dressage Scheme.
I truly love helping people feel better about themselves and believe that someone’s lifestyle can play a big part towards this. With my specialist skills in nutrition and fitness I can give you the tools to help yourself through structure and planning helping you actually achieve your goals without any stress.
